We are a specialized diamond tool manufacturer focusing on the stone processing sector, dedicated to delivering high-durability tools for stone cutting and drilling scenarios. We operate two dedicated production lines for diamond saw blades and stone drill bits, with details of our products and production capacity as follows:
- We have 2 dedicated production lines for diamond saw blades and 1 line for stone drill bits, focusing on high-frequency tool demands in stone processing:
Diamond Saw Blade Series: Handheld marble saw blades (105-230mm): For home/small stone cutting. Annual cap: 1.2M pcs; Large block saw blades (800-2200mm): For mine/stone factory cutting. Annual cap: 15k pcs; Chamfering saw blades (150-300mm): For stone edge finishing. Annual cap: 200k pcs.
Supporting Processing Capacity
We have a dedicated metal matrix workshop for stone tools, which can handle precision cutting, welding, and rust-proofing of saw blade/drill bit matrices. With an annual processing capacity of 200,000 matrix sets.
Quality Control Configuration
Our workshop is equipped with 8 specialized testing equipment for stone tools.
We manufacture key components in-house
We introduced world advanced computer simulation software to model, simulate and analyze material, casting, forging and heat treatment to assure the quality of key parts of our products.
