Confirm Product Information
Customers provide the processing materials and purchase quantity of the diamond tools. Customers can communicate with our salesman to select the tool type, or provide reference pictures; both parties confirm the materials, quantity, and corresponding prices.
Confirm the Design Drawing & Requirements
Confirm the list details, LOGO requirements, and product technical specifications of the diamond tools. The salesman will send the contract to the customer for confirmation. The customer pays a 50% deposit before production; after receiving the deposit, we will arrange the designer to finalize the technical drawing (matching the confirmed requirements).
Confirm Time of Delivery
The salesman will send the technical drawing of the diamond tools to the customer for confirmation (all parameters shall be subject to the drawing). After confirmation, we will arrange production according to the drawing; please confirm the production cycle and delivery time with the salesman.

If product photos are required for verification, we can provide them. Shipping options include sea freight and air freight. The balance payment shall be settled before shipment; after receiving the balance, we will issue the bill of lading.
